Ayman a Systems Engineer and Architect at IBM responsible for ensuring the application of systems engineering methodologies and concepts to complex software systems projects, and has held senior product development and systems engineering roles at Ericsson, Northrp Grumman and RPM Consulting. He has a number of patents in systems management and sustainability.

Ayman has devised several unique approaches and tools for systems engineering and management, such as capturing lessons learned, systems-based facilitation, systems sustainability, and value proposition of systems.
